STEVE HELLER’S FAMOUS BUBBLE CAR, ...IT HAS TO BE SEEN TO BE BELIEVED 

     This has got to be one of the most fascinating pieces of automotive motion art on the planet.  World famous automotive artist Steve Heller has done it again.  He has created the world’s most awesome riding art piece.  Seen on CNN news more than 11 times when it was featured at the 2003 International Automobile Show of 2003 at the Javits Center in New York City, the bubble car started out as a 1948 4-door Plymouth sedan.  Steve was inspired to create a little mini-speedster from the body of this car in the most unique way. 

     What you see here is the culmination of Steve’s ingenuity and free form art style.  This car has drawn crowds everywhere it has been featured.  It is a working, driving piece of art.  Pin-striped by none other than Howie Nisgor, the bubble car’s art work and paint job is very much like Steve’s 1959 Caddy Street Rod, featured on this website currently.  The entire body is mig-welded together with the front wells of a 1965 Buick Skylark.  A 1950 Olds was used to transition between the Plymouth deck lid, fender and cockpit.  This art is a true collection of vintage automobilia. 

     This is an amazing vehicle which can turn on its own axis and scoot along the lawn to the delight of all on-lookers.  Steve has decided to sell this well known piece of his collection here on our website as a possible companion to his 1959 Caddy.   

     It has been sought after by art and car museums all over the country, but Steve Heller wants it sold here where the public can have access to his art form.  We wish the new winner/owner lots of luck as they try to explain this one of a kind classic vehicle.

All vehicles presented by Vintage Value Group are sold AS IS.  Vintage Value Group provides a thorough service to verify the data and performance of all vehicles presented for sale/auction.  However, we strongly recommend that bidders/buyers should have the vehicles inspected by a qualified service or individual before the closing of the transaction.  We will take several hundred photos of each vehicle and additional photos can be requested at anytime during the sale/auction via email.  Once the auction is closed, the sale/auction is final and the sales contract is final.  VVG offers no warranty or guarantee outside of the features listed on each auction/advertisement page.  It is the express responsibility of the buyer to inspect and verify the property that is offered.
