~ 1915 ~
~ A RARE AND
UNIQUE HISTORY ~
This is one
of the rarest
automobiles in
history. This
1915 Studebaker
SD3 is one of
only four (4)
remaining in the
entire world.
Studebaker was
one of the first
and most
innovative car
manufacturers in
the USA This
rare surviving
American
automobile is
truly a gem to
find in mint and
working
condition.
The other
three SDR autos
are in Oregon,
Minnesota and
Austria. The
car you are
bidding on has
an excellent
documented
history. All
the previous
owners and their
terms of
ownership have
been
documented.
Over 30 years
ago the engine
was meticulously
rebuilt and is
still running
smoothly.

Built of an
aluminum body
with full
elliptic rear
springs, the 4
cylinder 30 HP
engine provides
drive to 4 33X4
tires. Take a
look at the
detail work that
was done to keep
this historic
artwork intact
and operational
order. It has
never seen snow,
and has been
under the
protective care
of loving
custodians over
the past 89
years. This car
sold for $985.00
when the average
hourly wage was
30 cents per
hour and the
world was at
war. A
true survivor, I
want this car to
have a new
custodian who
will keep it
running and
presentable into
the next years
of its
exceptional
life.
